Here at the end of the first thing
We’ve covered a lot of ground over this first entry in the Fundamentals of Code. Variables, expressions, conditionals, logical operators, functions…
It’s a lot to take in.
Again, don’t worry too much if it all still feels confusing. Code is practical as much as it is theoretical, and our next course will focus on creating a game using the coding techniques that we’ve covered here which should help a lot in more fully understanding what we’ve covered so far.
It’s likely a good idea to read through sections of this course again as you go through the next course, so that you can marry the practical and theoretical more firmly in your mind.
The next entry in the Fundamentals of Code will cover some more advanced topics, such as loops, arrays, structs, enums and more, so keep your eyes peeled for when that one drops.
